About closing and re-opening meter readings

Meter readings can only be closed and re-opened using close groups. A close group is a grouping of physical measuring stations with a common close period (billing period). A physical measuring station must belong to a close group. Logical measuring stations cannot belong to close groups.

Although the closing concept does not apply directly to gas quality (GQ), changes in GQ could affect closed meter readings.
