The District Run Summary window is only part of the View menu when CD_EAGLE is enabled as a configDesc option. To create, edit or delete a District Run, you must have the Meas District Config permission.

Measuring stations can be associated with a category known as the District Run. This can be used as a means to group and sort information.

The District Run is primarily used to categorize objects. In the example provided here, the District is used to designate the location, and the Run is used to designate the person responsible for that location.

Four windows are associated with the District Run functionality:

  • District Run Summary. This window allows you to view all of the districts and runs in one location. Districts and runs are created from this summary window.

  • Properties for Measuring Station. The objective of this window is to allow you to associate an already-created district run with a measuring station.

  • User Summary, Properties of User. This allows you to associate already-created district and run information with a user.

  • Object List. You can create an object list to search for a with a property of district run.
