Create users

Keep the following in mind:

When the user is added to a group, the user will be assigned the roles assigned to the group.

In cases where the user belongs to multiple groups, adding or removing users from any group, will add or remove the roles from that group, along with the roles from other groups.

When the user has been deleted or removed for all of the groups or doesn't have any roles, their user status will become Inactive
To create a user

Select the Users tab.

Select

Enter the user's email address.

Assign a group to the user.
Note: You do not have to assign the user to a group on creation. This can be done at any time. For more information, refer to Add users to an existing group.
The user will not have any AVEVA Measurement Advisor roles until they are assigned a group which gives them a role.

Select Save.
