    Description

    Multiplier

When calculating the balance, the volume and energy of the meter is multiplied by the multiplier. A positive number means that the meter's volume/energy is used to calculate the inVolume/inEnergy of the station. A negative number means that the meter's volume/ energy is used to calculate the outVolume/outEnergy of the station.

    Run Ratio

The run ratio is used for the run ratio check. For example, if a station has two meters but it is expected that 60% of the flow will go through one meter and 40% through the other, then the run ratio should be set to 0.6 and 0.4 for these meters.

Note: The connections are date-time effective. The Effective Date Time is the date-time when the connection starts.

  3. Select the Effective Date Time and the Expiry Date Time.

    • Select to select the desired year.

The on the left will list the years prior to the currently selected year, and the on the right will list future years.

    • If you want to scroll back or forward by one month, select on the Calendar dropdown menu and use for back and for forward.

    • If you want to scroll back or forward by one year, select on the Calendar dropdown menu and use for back and for forward.

  4. Enter the Multiplier.

  5. Enter the Run Ratio.

Note: The Run Ratio value is independent of the Multiplier for the measurement point.

  6. Select Okay.

If you connect the unconnected point to a physical measuring station or to a logical measuring station, then the measurement point disappears from the list of Available measurement points and appears in the Connected list. A measurement point may only be connected to one physical measuring station at any date-time.

  7. On the Connected Items for Measuring Station window, select Okay.

If you try to connect a point that is already connected to a physical measuring station, then the Connect Point Warning dialog appears.

  8. Select OK to return to the Connected Items for Measuring Station window.

  9. Select Okay, Cancel, or Disconnect.
