Account for changes to the contract hours and timezones

When you make changes to one of the following properties in AVEVA Measurement Advisor:

• Official Contract Hour

• Field Device Timezone

• Field Device Contract Hour

It is possible to define the time period for which the data affected by this change will be recalculated. By default, the system will recalculate up to 30 days in the past, starting at the current date and going back to the date the changed property becomes effective, or 30 days, whichever is closer to the current date. This can be changed by configuring a different value for CD_DAYS_TO_UPDATE_STORED_DATETIMES in the configDesc.
