Follow this procedure to set up the Z ratio unit profile ID in the configDesc table.
To configure the Z ratio unit profile ID using the MeasConfig Tool

Open the measConfig tool and log on to the system.

Select the configDesc table.

Locate the row for the configDefine column associated with CD_ZRATIO_UNIT_PROFILE_ID.

Enter the Unit Profile ID obtained in in the intValue field.

Select Save.
