Configure a manual host calculated meter

  1. In the Data Source field on the Properties for Meter: Manual Meter tab, select Manual Host Calculated.

    The Manual Host Calculated tab appears.

  2. Select Generate hourly history if you wish to collect hourly Historical data for the host meter.

  3. Select Generate daily history if you wish to collect daily Historical data for the host meter.

  4. Select Compute energy to enable the calculation of the energy using the current active gas analysis (if it is not measured).

  5. Define the Manual Input Path.

  6. Define the Static pressure input path.

  7. Define the Static temperature input path.

  8. Define the Uncorrected volume input path.

  9. Define the Corrected volume input path.

  10. Define the Energy input path.

  11. If you are working with a legacy version of AVEVA Enterprise SCADA, you may elect to define a manual analog or rate input using the Manual Analog / Rate Input fields. For more information, refer to About a host calculated data source.

  12. In the Daily spooling delay field, define the number of minutes to wait for the data to be sent to the EFM database. This is only used if Generate daily history? is selected.

  13. In the Spooling delay field, you can assign a time period in minutes to wait after the top of the hour before sending the data to the EFM database. This property is only used if Generate hourly history? is selected. For more information, refer to About a host calculated data source.

  14. Select Save.

  15. Set the adjustment reason.

  16. Select Close.
