Summary of steps

To create or modify a meter

1. Open the Properties for Meter: Meter tab.

   For more information, refer to Properties for Meter.

2. To create a new meter:

   1. Select Save As.

      The Save As dialog appears.

   2. Enter a new name.

      Note: This name must be no longer than 31 characters.

   3. Select Save.

3. Select the desired Input Unit Profile and Output Unit Profile.

4. Edit the meter, as described in Meter tab to Line Pack MTR Estimation inclusive.

   1. If necessary, ensure that the Effective Time matches the desired time for the changes being made.

   2. If necessary, establish the meter you wish to configure.

   3. If necessary, establish the group to which the meter will belong.

   4. If necessary, ensure that the AOR group preferences and numeric precisions are set.

5. Select Save.

   Note: You can also create a meter using the Cascading Save As command. For more information, refer to Cascading save as.

6. After creating the meter, edit the Meter Properties to reflect the required configuration.

7. If you have changed a property that requires an adjustment reason, you will be prompted to enter an adjustment reason.
