A manual meter is a meter where the actual metering technology is irrelevant. The data, typically volumetric, is entered either manually or through an automatic file loader.
To configure the properties for meter - manual meter

Select the Manual Meter tab.
Note: In order to see the Manual Meter tab, you must have defined a Metering method of Manual meter.

Enter the Saturated HV Correction Factor.
This is the Water Vapour Correction Factor (WVCF) to use on third party entries when converting heating values from dry to saturated. The minimum value available for for entry is 0, and the maximum entry is 10,000.
