Correct close group failures

There are three ways to correct the close group failures:

To correct close group failures

  1. On the Close Group Failed window, right-click the desired row and do one of the following:

    • Select Accept.

    • Select Meter Data Editor.

  2. In the Summary section of the Close Group Failed window, select the desired Problem Type (Data Process Name) checkboxes. You can select more than one checkbox.

  3. Click Accept.

  4. Double-click a desired row to access the appropriate window. The appropriate window depends on the problem type, as follows:

    Prior Period Adjustment

    Prior Period Adjustment

    Accept or Reject the adjustments as described in Prior period adjustment (PPA).

    Continue to Step 5.

    Problematic Configuration

    Problematic Configuration window of the appropriate date range.

    Edit the problematic configuration in the Problematic Configuration window.

    Continue to Step 5.

    Problematic Context

    Meter Data Editor window of the appropriate date range.

    Edit the problematic readings in the Meter Data Editor window.

    Continue to Step 5.

  5. Go back to the Close Group Failed window and click Refresh to view the remaining close group failures.

  6. If you have a close group failure, repeat Steps 1-3.

  7. When you have no more close group failures, click Continue Close to close the close groups.
