Close readings

Closing the stations in a close group marks the date and time at which the meter readings are considered stable and accurate for accounting purposes. You can close meter readings through AVEVA Measurement Advisor. The close to date will start from the last close to the end of the booking period.

Once readings for an accounting period are closed, any edits, calculations, or new data will be set aside as a pending Prior Period Adjustment (PPA). Additional permissions are required to accept these pending rows, and additional information is recorded.
