The following procedure will guide you through the process of configuring the Coriolis meter.

Note: In order to access the Coriolis Meter tab, you must have selected a Metering method of Coriolis Meter on the Meter tab of the Meter Properties. For more information, refer to Meter tab.

To configure your coriolis meter

  1. Specify your Data Source.

  2. Specify your Volumetric Calculation method.

The recommended method is AGA-11 2013, which performs coriolis metering using the AGA-11 2013 calculation method. Selecting AGA-11 2013 will open the AGA-11 2013 tab. For more information, refer to Define how the AGA-11 2013 calculations are performed.

  3. In the K factor field, configure the pulse count per unit mass of the Coriolis meter.

  4. Provide the appropriate Meter Factor.

  5. Select the Coriolis Type to define the type of meter:

    • Bent Tube - Bending Mode

    • Straight Tube - Bending Mode

    • Straight Tube - Radial Mode

Note: This is for information only. It is not used in any processing.

  6. Define the Mass Low Flow Cut-Off to enter the mass flow rate below which any indicated flow by the meter is considered to be invalid.

Note: The Mass Low Flow Cut-Off values are measured in units of mass per second.

  7. Define the Mass Pulse Low Flow Cut-Off to enter the mass pulse flow rate below which any indicated flow by the meter is considered to be invalid.

Note: The Mass Pulse Low Flow Cut-Off values are entered in units of mass pulse per second.
