Load object registry, create tables, and processes.

Meas AOR Config

Create Areas of Responsibility (AORs), groups, and datasets and assign them to users in the User Summary.

Meas App

Access back-end processes. This is designed for the technical administration of the system, and should not be assigned to lower-level users of the system.

Meas Accounting Close

Close and un-close stations, line segments, sub regions, regions, and companies.
