Import users

As a prerequisite, you must have created your desired Groups in CONNECT. For more information, refer to Add a group.
To import a user

Go to the Import tab.

Download the import template.
The first sheet, the template, appears as follows:

The columns should be filled out as follows:

email — This should contain the complete email address of the user. This field is mandatory.

groups — the group (s) to which the user should be assigned. If no groups are assigned, the user will be assigned to a generic Users group. This field is optional.

disableInvitation — If this is set to true, the users will not receive an invitation inviting them to CONNECT.

delete — If set to yes, the user will be deleted, under the following conditions:

The user exists

They are not affiliated with any group

disableInvitation is set to false or empty.

Once this file has been populated and saved, log in to CONNECT.

Go to Folder Management and select your folder.

Select
and select Manage Roles.

Select the Import tab.

Select the file for upload.
The import process will then begin.
