Close group failure

A close failure can occur for many reasons:
-
Problematic context records.
-
Data that is still being processed.
-
Calculations that are pending.
-
Critical event occurrences.
-
Outstanding Prior Period Adjustments (PPA).
If one of these is associated with one or more measuring stations in the Close Summary, you can either:
-
Override the failure and continue to close (despite the problematic context records or the outstanding PPAs).
-
Correct the errors in the Meter or Gas Quality (GQ) Data Editor, and then close.
