Close group failure

  • Last UpdatedSep 25, 2024
  • 1 minute read

A close failure can occur for many reasons:

  • Problematic context records.

  • Data that is still being processed.

  • Calculations that are pending.

  • Critical event occurrences.

  • Outstanding Prior Period Adjustments (PPA).

If one of these is associated with one or more measuring stations in the Close Summary, you can either:

  • Override the failure and continue to close (despite the problematic context records or the outstanding PPAs).

  • Correct the errors in the Meter or Gas Quality (GQ) Data Editor, and then close.
