When you open any window, a secondary toolbar appears on the open window. Each window has a different set of action Items and windows. This section describes the common Action Items and windows. See the section below for more information.
Secondary Toolbar Items

Close the selected window. |

Refresh the contents of selected window. |
|
|
Retrieves all of the data for the window, not just the portion of the window that is visible. Choosing to retrieve all of the data at once, as opposed to waiting for the data to populate upon scrolling, allows the software to scroll more efficiently through the information displayed on the window. This toolbar item is unique to the Graphical Summaries. |

Save the contents of the selected window. |
|
|
Create a new row. |
|
|
Delete the selected row. |
|
|
Open the properties window of the object. |
|
|
Print the selected window. |
|
|
Undo the last command. |
|
|
Redo the last command. |
|
|
Cut the selected text to the copy buffer. |
|
|
Copy the selected rows to the copy buffer. |
|
|
Paste the rows from the copy buffer. |
