Merge Objects

Merges multiple elements (for example, straight or arc elements) and forms them into an outline element.
Note:
The merge functionality is not intended for use with table elements.
You are prompted to Select objects to merge
Note:
The prompt does not display if one or more objects are already selected.
Click to identify the objects to merge and press Enter.
You are prompted to Select option <Finish>
Input F at the prompt and press Enter to end the command.
Throughout the merge process you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

Close |
Press the down arrow key and select Close to link the two endpoints of the merged object with an automatically drawn line and end the command. |

Finish |
Press the down arrow key and select Finish to end the command. |

Open |
Press the down arrow key and select Open to merge the objects, the two endpoints of the merged object are unchanged. |

The new OUTL element displays in the Draw Explorer.

Note:
Associated marker point elements are not deleted as part of the merge process. If
required, they can be deleted manually.
