Insert a Weld at a Design Point

By default the Create Weld window displays with Design Point selected.

Once the selection has been identified, the software then automatically selects the required weld in the current specification. If there is a choice and the specification does not have a default, the CHOOSE window displays populated with these choices.

Use the CHOOSE window to select the type of weld to use, once the selection has been made, the weld is inserted at the design point and the weld displays in the design hierarchy as a welded element.
