Export Multiple Sheets

Exports multiple sheets as individual files to the required format.
Note:
Sheets exported to PDF format can be exported to individual files, a single file or
multiple drawing files. Refer to Export to PDF for further information.
The All sheets list displays all of the available sheets in the hierarchy.
The Selected sheets list displays all of the sheets that are included in the export.

Click to add the selected element and the member elements from the All sheets list to the Selected sheets list. |

Click to remove the selected element and the member elements from the Selected sheets list. |

Name |
Displays the filenames for the exported sheets. By default, each exported file is named using the sheet name and the current revision number (if a revision is present). |
Click Open to export the selected sheets.
A standard Browse for Folder window then displays. You must specify the folder into which the files are to be exported.
Click OK to proceed with the export.
During the export process, a progress bar displays which tracks the progress.

Click to cancel the export process. By default, the progress bar is closed. |

Click to expand the progress bar which displays a summary of the export process. |

By default, the progress bar is closed when the export process is completed.
