If you are using AIS Data API for Integration, select the DATA API radio button.
Notes:

For Data API only Integration Service Settings are available, there is no Notification Service Settings and the AIS URL is configurable according to the defined environment variable.

In Unified Engineering (UE), the option to choose the WCF (Legacy) Interface is not available.

Connection types in AVEVA Integration Service
AVEVA Integration Service supports two connection types:

Self-hosted AVEVA Integration Service (AIS)

AVEVA Integration Service on CONNECT (Cloud Service)
Self-hosted AIS
If you are using a self-hosted AIS deployment, provide the Data API URL in the following format:
https://aisServer:60930
AIS on CONNECT (Cloud Service)
If you are using the CONNECT cloud service, use the Data API URL:
https://eu.ais.connect.aveva.com/data
To enable cloud authentication, create the following environment variable on your machine:
AVEVA_SERVICE_AUTHENTICATION_TYPE = CONNECT
