Fill Objects

The fill functionality can be used to fill objects on a drawing. OUTLine elements are created which contain a filled area that is aligned to the boundary of each picked object. The OUTL element can be deleted which allows you to delete the filled area without deleting the original object.
You are prompted to Select Objects
Click to identify the objects to fill and press Enter.
Click within the boundary of each required object, the fill is added to the drawing.
Throughout the fill process you can press ESC to cancel the command.
The new OUTL elements display in the Draw Explorer.
The fill colour and fill type of the OUTL element can be modified using the Properties window. Refer to Properties for further information.
