New Drawings

The New Drawings part of the Process Drawings Control window allows you to create new drawings for processing.
To select new drawings, on the New Drawings part of the Process Drawings Control window, click Select to display the ABA New Drawing List window.
You can select a combination of areas and templates to create drawings from.

Areas |
Select from the drop-down list to filter the Design Areas list. |
Click to select the required combination from the Drawing Templates and Design Areas lists or right-click the current selection to display a drop-down menu. The functionality is available in both lists:

Select All |
Select from the drop-down menu to select all templates or areas in the list. |

Clear Selection |
Select from the drop-down menu to clear all selected templates or in the list. |
ABA areas are defined by the administrator, refer to Create and Modify Area Libraries for further information.

Add Selection to List |
Select from the drop-down menu to include the selected combination of templates and areas in the Process Drawings Control window. |
|
Replace List with Selection |
Select from the drop-down menu to replace any existing templates and areas in the Process Drawings Control window with the current selections. |
Click Drawing Names to modify the drawing naming method. Refer to Drawing Names for further information.
Click Apply to accept the selections or Cancel to discard any changes and close the ABA New Drawing List window.
When the New Drawings part of the Process Drawings Control window is populated, right-click to display a drop-down menu.

Select All |
Select from the drop-down menu to select all drawings in the New Drawings list. |

Clear Selection |
Select from the drop-down menu to deselect all currently selected drawings in the New Drawings list. |

Rename |
Allows you to rename the currently selected drawing in the New Drawings list. Select from the drop-down menu to display the Rename Drawing window.
You can modify the value in the Name field to rename the drawing. Click OK to apply the new drawing name or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Rename Drawing window. |

Remove All |
Select from the drop-down list to remove all drawings from the New Drawings list. |
|
Remove Selection |
Select from the drop-down list to remove the currently selected drawing from the New Drawings list. |
