Object Visibility
Object Visibility is used to specify the algorithm that determines the visibility of objects inserted in blocks.
You can independently set algorithms to be used when the application tests if an object's layer is on, or if it should be visible in the printout.
Performance
Performance is used to set how the extents of a 3D model or its parts are determined by the application.
For complicated drawings, exact extents calculations can be time-consuming and can therefore degrade the performance of the Zoom Extents operations. If performance is an issue, it is recommended that approximate calculations are used.
Additionally, whether or not entities should be autoregenerated when the zoom level changes can be specified. By default this feature is on, but it can be turned off to improve performance. If the feature is off, you can force regeneration with the REGEN command.
