Adds options on the Project tab to the Quick Access Toolbar for quick and convenient access.
By default, the Quick Access Toolbar includes the following options.

Save Work |
Click to save any changes made to data using the DRAW module. The facility is also available on the Project tab. |
|
|
Get Work |
Click to refresh the databases with changes made by other users since the session was started. The facility is also available on the Project tab. |

|
Undo |
Click to Undo the last change made to a drawing. You can continue to undo previous modifications. |
|
|
Redo |
Click to reverse the last undo made to a drawing. You can continue to redo undone modifications. |
To add a tab option to the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click the required option and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar from the drop-down list.
The tab option displays on the Quick Access Toolbar.
By default, the Quick Access Toolbar is positioned above the tabs. To position the Quick Access Toolbar below the tabs, right-click a tab and select Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, on the Quick Access Toolbar, click Quick Access Toolbar and select Show Below the Ribbon from the drop-down list.
When the Quick Access Toolbar is positioned below the ribbon, the drop-down list options become Show Quick Access Toolbar Above the Ribbon and Show Above the Ribbon.
Customize Quick Access Toolbar includes options for item removal and can also be returned to the default settings.
