Grid Ruler

Adds a grid ruler annotation that allows you to visualize the grid plane positions of a reference grid. Grid rulers can be added to orthogonal views, including advanced views.

By default, a grid ruler is associated with the main reference grid. Refer to Main Reference Grid for further information. You can select an alternative reference grid during grid ruler creation. Additional functionality is available to create baseline rulers, center line rulers and baseline and center line rulers.

When base line or center line rulers are created using the menu options of the grid ruler function, the rulers are created using the defined active visual style for the grid ruler, refer to Active Visual Styles for further information. When base line or center line rulers are created using the Fluent UI options, the rulers are created using the defined base line ruler and center line ruler visual styles in the system defaults, refer to Visual Styles for further information.
