Modifies the position of the imported dxf or dwg file. The imported file can be moved or rotated.
Move
Moves the imported dxf or dwg file.
You are prompted to Specify base point or
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the base point position.
You are then prompted to Specify the second point or
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the second point position, the object is moved to that position.
Throughout the move process you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

Return to form |
Press the down arrow key and select Return to form to cancel the move command and return to the DXF/DWG Import window |
Rotate
Rotates the imported dwg or dxf file about an axis.
You are prompted to Specify base point or
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the base point position.
You are then prompted to Specify rotation angle
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the rotation angle, the object is rotated.
Throughout the rotate process you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

Press the down arrow key and select Return to form to cancel the rotate command and return to the DXF/DWG Import window |
