P-line Distance

P-line distance is stored in the PKDI attribute of the appropriate annotation elements (GLAB, SLAB, VNOT, ADIM, DPPT and PPPT). The proportional distance is stored along the p-line from its start. The default value for this attribute can be altered. Its initial value is 0.5, meaning the midpoint of the p-line.

The PKDI attribute can be set directly using the syntax:

PKDIstance STart

PKDIstance ENd

These commands set the values 0.0 and 1.0 respectively.

PKDIstance [PROPortion] value

The value can also be obtained by cursor using the PKEY and DDNM attributes of the current element (if suitable):

PKDIstance @

The point input is converted to a proportional distance.

PKDIstance DEFault

The command resets the PKDI attribute to the default value. The default value can be altered using the syntax:

SETDefault PKDIstance value
