When a drawing is processed, the Revision of the drawing is set to an Issue Type. The Issue Type can be defined.

Internal |
Select from the drop-down list to issue the drawing for internal use. |

External |
Select from the drop-down list to issue the drawing for external use. |
The values for each of the Issue Types are set by the administrator, the default being Alphabetical for Internal Issues and Numeric for External Issues.
Once you have chosen the Issue Type, select the Issue Value from the drop-down list.

Increment |
Select from the drop-down list to automatically raise the issue to the next available value, from a predefined list set by the administrator |

Specific |
Select from the drop-down list to manually set the issue value, you must select a specific value from the Value drop-down list |
