Global PML variables can be accessed:
NEW TXTM /TXTM_TEMPLATE2
BTEXT 'Project: #PML(!!PROJECT)#/Client: #PML(!!CLIENT)'
!!PROJECT = 'AVEVA Sample Project'
!!CLIENT = 'XYZ Eng. Co. Ltd.'
Navigate to any element that can own a TEXP:
NEW TEXP
BTEXT #T/TXTM_TEMPLATE2
Q EXBTEXT
Exbtext Project: AVEVA Sample Project#/Client: XYZ Eng. Co. Ltd.
The canvas displays:
!!ce is set to the element containing the text so that changing the BTEXT of either the TEXP or the TXTM to #PML(!!ce.fullname) gives:
