Sets the Styles (STYL) that define how different elements are drawn, STYL are stored in Representation Libraries (RPLB).

You can set up Design Change Styles (DCSTYL), which define how different design elements (including hatching) that have changed are drawn, and Annotation Change Styles (ACSTYL), which define how annotation elements that have changed are drawn. Design Change Styles and Annotation Change Styles are stored in Representation Libraries (RPLB).
