Component

The Component part of the MDS Support Defaults window provides the information required to collect the support locations in the HVAC or CWAY main.

The rule used to find the chosen elements must be set, this is necessary because there may be other elements of the same type that are used for other purposes. The default rule is a standard AVEVA E3D Design expression that finds all elements whose Specification name contains the word 'MDS'.

From the MDS Component drop-down menu, select the element type used to represent the support location
