Type Collections Tab

Use the Type Collections tab to add, remove, move, copy and update type collections. Functionality is also available to modify type collections explicitly.

Move selected collection row up |
Moves the currently selected type collection up the order in the grid. |

Move selected collection row down |
Moves the currently selected type collection down the order in the grid. |
|
|
Add new collection row |
Adds a new type collection row to the grid. |
|
|
Add a copy of selected collection row |
Adds a copy of the currently selected type collection row to the grid. |
|
|
Remove selected collection row |
Removes the currently selected type collection row from the grid. |
|
|
Update selected collection row |
Updates the contents of the Description and Type List fields into the currently selected type collection row. |
To modify a type collection, select the row and modify the Description and Type List fields, then click Update.
Note:
A single type list must not contain types in the same hierarchy, for example PIPE
and PSPOOL, as the higher level type can obscure the lower level type when the query
is run.
