Change Default File Replacement Behaviour

It is possible to alter default file replacement behavior in circumstances where an MSI installation or Patch is launched from a command line. This is achieved with the REINSTALLMODE property or the /f command line switch. Otherwise default file replacement rules will apply.

Default file replacement rules should be acceptable to complete tasks in Aveva E3D Design.

It is desirable to change file replacement behavior in situations where the Date/Time stamps of files might not support the required replacement of files.
