Windows are used both to display information and to allow you to enter new data. Windows typically comprise an arrangement of buttons of various types, text-boxes, and scrollable lists. Input to a window is usually via a combination of mouse and keyboard.

While you have access to a window, you can change a setting, return to the initial values, accept and act on the current data, or cancel the window without applying any changes, according to the nature of the window

Windows can include various elements, for example, text boxes, drop-down lists, radio buttons, check boxes, scrollable lists and action buttons.
