Cutout

Create cutout at stiffener intersection

Pick a panel and then intersecting stiffeners.

When the selected stiffeners are accepted, the cutouts are added to the panel and presented to get immediate visual feedback. The default cutout type is the type T (direct with clip), which can be changed using the property grid.
