Define Dimension Line Gaps for Dimension Annotations

Adds gaps to dimension lines to allow for dimension annotations.
The dim line continuous properties of a ADIM or LDIM can be modified using the Properties window. Refer to Properties for further information.

Select By Style from the drop-down list to inherit the dimension line continuous property from the visual style. Select On from the drop down list to specify a continuous dimension line.
Select Off from the drop down list to create a gap on the dimension line to allow for a dimension annotation.
The property is ignored if the dimension annotation does not fit between the projection lines.
