Rescales pipe symbols to suit the VSCA view scale attribute.

You are prompted to Select element

Click to identify an element, all pipe symbols are rescaled for the view associated with the selected element.

Note:
Currently only two types of pipe symbols can be rescaled on supports ABA drawings. Both pipe symbols are represented by DRAW Symbol Label (SLAB) elements with the Template Reference (TMRF) attribute set to either /DRA/MAS/SYMBOLS/GEN/BREAKS/BB-1 or /MDS/ABA/TAGS/BREAK/PIPE.
