Create Base Line Ruler

Adds a base line ruler to an orthogonal view.

You are prompted to Select view

Note:
The prompt does not display if a view is already selected.

Click to identify the view, the ruler is created and positioned at the base line of the view.

The new GRDRLR element displays in the Draw Explorer.
