Import DXF File

MicroStation has basic facilities for the importation of DXF files. The user has the chance to do this when invoking MicroStation or while it is already running, using the Edit > Import menu.

During import ,the user could be invited to change various parameters to do with the control of DXF/DGN translations. Initially, at least these should be ignored, and the DXF file simply opened to observe the results.
