Modify P-line Availability Property

Sets the P-line availability property of a view.

On the list of available properties, select Yes from the P-Line Availability drop-down list to make all P-lines available for snapping when creating or modifying annotations for the view. This requires an update design to take effect (which may have a performance impact on update design and the size of the drawing in memory). Select No from the P-Line Availability drop-down list to make only MEML P-lines available for snapping. The choice of P-line can then be modified using the Property Grid.
