Project Uplift automatic triggers

Two notification pop-ups can appear to notify the user when an update is available for a project at opening time.

It is possible to disable both notifications by each Show this prompt on startup flag, although when a newer version of the Template or Target framework for runtime is released, the notifications will show again.

Template Update available

Displays when an update is available for the base Template of the opened project.

By clicking Yes, the Project Uplift interface opens and automatically populates to perform an Update Based on Template operation.

Framework Update available

Displays when an update is available for the Target framework for runtime the opened project is targeting.

By clicking Yes, the Project Uplift interface opens and automatically populates to perform an Update Based on Target framework for runtime operation.
