Prefer World Space Data
-
Export data to World Space, where possible.
-
Some objects support both export in World Space and in Object Space. Use this parameter to set the export method.
-
For all other objects, the exporter decides independently.
-
An object exported to World Space no longer has transformations. Its transformation is an identity matrix.
-
This parameter is to be used to optimize the rendering of those objects that do not move so they remain static in the scene.
-
Ensure that if the geometry is linked to cameras or lights and is exported in this way, the results are not correct, because the transformations of these objects are not reset.
-
If the geometry is linked to a dummy (or group) also the transformations of the dummy is zeroed and then it is in (0,0,0) while the geometry is in its place (always linked to the dummy but no longer has additional transformations ).
Prefer XML Text
-
Export objects in text mode where possible within the .xml file, instead of saving them to binary
-
Example: By default, the vertices are exported to binary, enabling this option will be exported inside the .xml file.
Export Hidden/Frozen
-
It also exports hidden or frozen objects
Skip Duplicated Materials Check
-
It does not check if there are exactly the same materials (apart from the name) in the scene.
Skip Optimizations
-
It does not optimize data.
Skip Completion Dialogs
-
It does not show the dialogs of completion of certain operations.
Disable Hierarchical Names
-
Disables the creation of hierarchical names.
Enable Radiosity Checks
-
Verify that the exported objects have valid Radiosity values.
