Filtering
There are some different ways to implement useful filters, including using the column filters and using the auto filter row.
Filter Editor
Right-click a column and select Filter Editor from the context menu. A special dialog displays, which enables you to define complex filtering rules that are made of one or more conditions.

Column Filters
You can set up filters on columns.
Set up a column filter
-
Press the Filter button in the top right area of the desired column header. A filter dialog displays.

-
Select a filtering option to create a basic filter on the column.

If you select Custom Filter, the filter dialog changes enable you to create more complex rules.

Auto Filter Row
Right-click a column and select Show Auto Filter Row from the context menu. A new blank row displays above the other rows just under the column headers.

You can use these blank cells to automatically filter the content of the table on text matching basis.
For example, if you insert joy in the Auto Filter Row cell for the Name column, only those node instances whose name starts with joy are shown.

Use the Auto Filter Row cell for the File column, to use operators.
