Independently of the currently selected navigation preset, you can always use the following keyboard keys to navigate the scene.

Shift |
While Shift key is held, the configured pan sprint speed multiplier is applied to all movements that use pan speed. |

Moves camera towards local down axis at configured pan speed. |

Turns camera left (yaw) at configured rotation speed. Depending on Orbit Target button state and Fly mode button state, the rotation center can be:

Turns camera up (pitch) at configured rotation speed. Depending on Orbit Target button state and Fly mode button state, the rotation center can be:

Focus |

Brings the camera close to currently selected mesh. This affects the dynamic rotation target, see above for further details. |

Toggle Fly Navigation |
Space |
Pressing space toggles the fly button state, enabling/disabling the fly navigation. |

Align To World Axis |
Up |
Aligns the view pitch to the world axis above the current posture. If view is already aligned with World Y, the key has no effect. It takes into account current selection to determine if the rotation center is at camera position or selection position. |

Down |
Aligns the view pitch to the world axis below the current posture. If view is already aligned with World -Y, the key has no effect. It takes into account current dynamic rotation target if navigation is currently using that target, otherwise the rotation is performed around the camera position. |

Right |
Aligns the view yaw to the world axis to the right of the current posture. It takes into account current dynamic rotation target if navigation is currently using that target, otherwise the rotation is performed around the camera position. |

Left |
Aligns the view yaw to the world axis to the left of the current posture. It takes into account current dynamic rotation target if navigation is currently using that target, otherwise the rotation is performed around the camera position. |

Ctrl (AVEVA E3D) |
If navigation style configuration is AVEVA E3D, holding Ctrl key makes the middle mouse button pan, otherwise it will rotate. |
