XR for Training - Self Learning template (internal scenario management)

Scope
The Self Learning template allows to create a scenario based plant simulation that includes the following functionalities:

User authentication

Activity selection
-
Operator PPE selection
-
Scenario execution
-
Performance review
It also offers user data and performance storage functionalities.
Note As the authentication, activity selection, and PPE selection UX is not well suited to be experienced in VR the template does not include preconfigured run configuration for VR.
Versions
The template comes in two versions:

Empty. All the needed functionalities are provided; however, it contains no data.

Sample. A small sample plant is present in the project and is already fully configured to work as reference. A simple pump startup scenario is provided as reference.

Required development activities
To create an Integrated Training Simulator (ITS) application based on this template, the developer will need to do the following:

Provide scene content:

Import the MWX models of assets.

Setup lighting and camera.

Scan and configure all interactive items and their actions.
-
Add Trends.
-
Configure plant maps and jump to cameras.
-
Create animations for malfunctions and equipment behaviors (if in the scope).

Configure local avatar simulation parameters.

Configure authentication mode.

Configure scenario tutorial and assessment HUD details.

Create scenarios configurations.
-
Create scenario steps.
-
Configure bridge configuration file (if XR Bridge included).
