Splits Visualization debug function

For every pixel in the Scene, this debug function shows the corresponding partition where the pixel falls into.

Parameter

Realtime parameter: csm/debug/output/Splits

Note: Each split/partition visualization is generally displayed with the same color also in the following debug visualizations:
First partition is Red, Second is Green, and so on.
