FileExplorerUI module

The FileExplorerUI module helps user to browse through the folder structures and select a specific file or folder. For the file selection, user can also filter the display of file based on the filetypes using the dropdown menu.

Based on the JSON provided to this module, the Module displays the UI of folder structure.

Functionality

These are the functionalities that users can perform:

• Show or hide the UI.

• Select the File or Folder based on populateInfo passed to this module.

  

• Change the root directory from the dropdown menu.

  

• Filter the file extension using the dropdown menu of file type.

  

fileSystemInfo

The fileSystemInfo is a JSON that can be obtained using the FileExplorer node inside the importer plugins. Provide the root folder names to the getDirectoryInfo sfunction and it will return the JSON, which can be directly pass to populateInfo.
