Task Scores

You can associate each task to one or more scoring rules. The points determined by the scoring rules are calculated when the task ends. The score gives an indication of user performance.

You can add scores to the list and rearrange the order of the list.

Add

Opens the Edit Score dialog so you can create a new scoring rule.

Edit

Enables you to modify a selected score.

Delete

Removes the selected score.

You can change these values on the Edit Score dialog.

Description

Type

Choose shot or time.

  • Shot means that an assigned number of points are given for completing the task, regardless of time.

  • Time means that the number of points depend on the amount of time spent to complete the task from activation to end.

Value

Number of points to add to score.

Alpha (shot type)

Multiplies the previous value to determine the value to add to user score. If set to a variable, the range 0-1 can be used to graduate the score.

Time (time type)

Interpolation range in seconds. The points given to the user decrease in time according to this formula:

points=value*(1-(task completion time/time))
