The AnnotationCircle node is a simple ellipse annotation that inherits from AnnotationBase and can be moved and stretched.

Handles position and behavior
The AnnotationCircle has four handles, positioned at left, top, right and bottom. Each handle can grow or shrink the circle in the direction of the previous corner, moving clockwise.
