Slope Visualization debug function

This debug function displays the slope of the polygons as seen from the Light point of view.

It can be useful to understand which polygons that may be affected when tuning the Sloped Bias.

Note: When a polygon is projected onto different partitions, its slope value changes because the Partitions' ViewProj matrix are different due to the differences between the projected aabbs of each split's view frustum onto the Light plane.
